Valentine's Day Cards with Pepper

Valentine's Day is just over three weeks away but Pepper is prepared.  As a thank-you to her followers, Pepper has again provided free Valentine's Day cards in English, French and Spanish on TeachersPayTeachers.com.  These cards can be used by teachers to give to all their students or can be used by students to color and write on and give to family members.

The cards come in black and white for students to color, and in four colors:  Traditional Red, Military Salute Green, Business Blue and All the Rainbow.  Here's an example of the Business Blue.

Pepper's Still Cold

Pepper is still cold as winter progresses and more snow is forecast.  So to warm up, Pepper has devised a fun game acting out modes of transportation to get up and move around while learning transportation vocabulary.  Pepper includes directions for this game in her packages of booklets, posters, worksheets and PowerPoint presentations on Transportation.

For her English booklets go to:  Modes of Transportation in English
For her French booklets go to:  Modes of Transportation in French
For her Spanish booklets go to:  Modes of Transportation in Spanish

Stay warm and safe out there!

The More It Snows (Tiddely Pom)

There's a lot of snow falling this year as Pepper heads into January.  So, to feel a little warmer, she finished her booklets on Animals of South America in English, French and Spanish, and updated her booklets on the end of winter / beginning of spring celebration "Las Fallas" in Spain.

For her English booklets go to:  Animals of South America in English
For her French booklets go to:  Animals of South America with French
For her Spanish booklets go to:  Animals of South America with Spanish

All the booklets come with a PowerPoint presentation, maps, animal sheets for students to write about their favorite animals, and classroom animal games so your room can even sound like the rainforest.

Pepper's adventure in Valencia, Spain, tells you all about the celebration called "Las Fallas" (the Fires) where huge sculptures are made and exhibited on the streets from March 15 until March 19.  The celebrations also include firecrackers, bands, dancing and paella contests.  On the final day, fireworks are let off and the sculptures are burned.  Travel with Pepper as she discovers the origin of this tradition:  Las Fallas in Spain in Spring with Pepper
