cost!
Use these
relaxing moves, based loosely on Tai Chi, to help re-center, re-focus, and
re-energize. These mindfulness moves can be done in regular clothing.
Four of the five moves can be done seated if necessary.
If desired,
Spanish or French teachers can easily edit the names of the poses to make it
more appropriate for early language courses, e.g., Flamingo becomes Flamenco or
Flamant.
